TIGHT FOCUS

We’re building tight relationships with some of the most demanding automotive OEMs in the world. We understand their fastener specifications. We focus on M4-M10 tapping and machine screws, plastic fastening screws, bolts, stud bolts, weld bolts, and pins. We have industry-leading experience in designing dies for long life and superior thread quality. We have an enviable record in just-in-time delivery of the highest-quality parts. And we’d like to work with you.

PRODUCTION

TIGHT ENGINEERING

For current production fasteners, we know the specs for Toyota, Mazda, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, and others, so we can work with you to review drawings, evaluate equivalent parts, and suggest ways to tighten dimensions, tolerances, and costs. For new fasteners, we have a reputation for innovation, so we can work with you to design dies and make parts that others can’t—like some of our hex-flange shoulder bolt specials.

TIGHT MANUFACTURING

We’ve made automotive fasteners in the US for nearly 20 years. Our parent company, Owari Seiki, has made auto and aircraft fasteners, screws, and synchronizers in Japan and around the world for more than 80 years. We specialize in cold-forming, thread-rolling, heat treating (carburizing, quenching, tempering), and surface treating (zinc, zinc-nickel, Geomet). And we’re committed to lean manufacturing and kaizen continuous improvement in everything we do.

TIGHT QUALITY CONTROL

We’re committed to tight quality control. Whether you can use existing or need new dies, we’re known for designing dies—often with parent company support—for the highest-quality, lowest-variance production. We understand our customers’ requirements and have tight control of all secondary processes. And we have in-process quality checks for every stage of production, so we catch problems – we don’t ship them to you.

TIGHT Operations

Just-in-time manufacturing, like every other aspect of a tight working relationship, demands good communication. We’ll work with you to anticipate your start-up timing, sampling requirements, and forecasts. We’ll work with you to adapt quickly to changes in your forecasts. And we’ll bend over backwards to meet them, even if that means hand-delivering the parts you need. And that’s why we think you should work with us.

LET’S TIGHTEN THINGS UP

We can help you tighten things up in current production fasteners. We know the specs for many automotive OEMs, so we may be able to suggest ways to tighten dimensions, tolerances, and costs. We have specific expertise in designing dies and meeting start-up schedules for new fasteners. And we have tight control of all manufacturing, secondary processes, and shipping. So let’s get together and tighten things up.

TIGHT Teamwork

We work as a tight-knit team—including managers, staff, group leaders, and production workers—to build tight relationships with customers. Employees are treated fairly and expected to treat others the same. We are large enough to need employees with different skills—in engineering, manufacturing, QA, and shipping—and small enough to know and encourage each other to grow in our skills and in job satisfaction.
